Interview with Lisa Fellhofer at EkoTürk
Following the first Conference on Extremism and Radicalisation Austria (CERA) on “Islamism after the Arab Spring”, the director of the Documentation Centre, Lisa Fellhofer, was interviewed by the Turkish news channel EkoTürk. As part of the Saat Farkı interview series, Lisa Fellhofer discussed the various activities of the Documentation Centre and the previous conference with journalist Feyza Gümüşlüoğlu.
The interview also focused on the danger posed by political Islam to the Muslim population and the contribution of the Documentation Centre to curbing hostility towards Muslims.

The Syrian war, which has been ongoing since 2011, intensified again at the end of November 2024 as a result of an attack by Islamist insurgents from the Idlib region. In light of the current situation, the Documentation Centre Political Islam (DPI) has published a Focus report. -
11/21/2024New DPI study on communities from Somalia, Sudan and West Africa in Vienna
In the current study entitled ‘Between the rule of law, culture and religion’, the Documentation Centre focuses on Muslim communities from various parts of sub-Saharan Africa living in the greater Vienna area. The quantitative study was carried out by the two Africanists Erwin Ebermann and Martina Gajdos. -
