Documentation Centre at Austrian radio Ö1 „Punkt eins“
Lisa Fellhofer, Director of the Documentation Centre Political Islam (DPI), and Mouhanad Khorchide, Director of the Center for Islamic Theology at the Westphalian Wilhelms University Münster and Chair of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Documentation Centre, joined Ö1 program “Punkt eins” as guests on 23 November 2022. The radio discussion under the theme “No yielding to extremism” was moderated by Alexander Musik. The lunch-hour program of the Austrian Public Broadcasting company (ORF) channel Ö1 interviewed Ms. Fellhofer and Mr. Khorchide about the work of the Documentation Centre, the risks and challenges posed to societies by religious extremisms and also offered listerens the opportunity to have their topical questions answered live on air.
