Organisations of political Islam and their influence in Europe and Austria
The Documentation Centre Political Islam published a report by Heiko Heinisch and Lorenzo Vidino on organisations of political Islam in Austria and Europe. In addition to central actors of the Muslim Brotherhood, such as the ECFR or FEMYSO, a dense network has emerged in Europe over the past decades, to which an estimated 200 organisations and institutions can currently be attributed.
The report traces the structures of actors of political Islam in detail and also provides an overview of options for action for decision-makers who are often faced with the question of how to deal with these actors.
